       医疗废弃物的前期处理、收集和分类由医疗机构工作人员在医疗废弃物产生源如门诊部、病房、手术室、实验室等地完成。医疗废弃物焚烧时,用专用车将盛装医疗废弃物的纸箱送到焚烧厂的冷藏室储存,通过自动输送机将医疗废弃物倒入焚烧炉进料口;计量后的垃圾进入焚烧炉中,在900~1100℃高温下,垃圾焚烧成灰烬;为了适应医疗废弃物热值的变化,保证燃烧温度和效果,在燃烧室设置了辅助燃烧器。焚烧炉出口的高温烟气,进入急冷塔快速降温;降温后的烟气在烟道中与消石灰、反应助剂等反应,使烟气中的有害气体被除去,然后通过布袋除尘器而被除去;净化后的气体由引风机排入大气。焚烧炉的炉渣、急冷塔产出的飞灰及布袋除尘器排出的反应物进行收集另行处理。该医疗废弃物焚烧处理技术与其它处理技术相比较,具有无害化彻底、减量比高,焚烧效果好等显著优点。
        The primary processing, collection and classification of medical waste shall be conducted by staffs of medical institutes at the source of such wastes, such as out-patient departments, sickrooms, operation rooms and laboratories ,etc. When medical waste is being incinerated, the carton box shipping it is to be stored in the freezer of the incineraton site by a dedicated vehicle and then medical waste is poured into the feeding port of incinerator through the automatic conveyer. After being metered, waste goes into the incinerator. Under the high temperature of 900-1100℃, waste is burned to dust. The combustion chamber is equipped with auxiliary boiler for adapting to the change of medical waste calorific value and assuring burning temperature and effect. High-temperature smoke at incinerator outlet enters quench tower and cools rapidly. The cooled fume reacts with lime hydrate and auxiliary agent in flue to eliminate noxious gas with bag filter. Then the purified gas is injected into the atmosphere by draft fan. Slag of incinerator, fly ash of quench tower and reactant of bag-filter should be collected and processed separately. Compared with other process, the medical waste incineration process technology has many obvious advantages, such as ultimate harmless treatment, high decrement rate and effective incineration performance.
